Who it is for and how to practise
The 6×6 grid with numbers 1 to 36 is the first step up after mastering 5×5 - reach for it when the classic table takes you a stable sub-30 seconds. More numbers mean holding attention longer and covering a wider field without moving your eyes.
The rules do not change: gaze on the center, numbers in order, stopwatch. Times on 6×6 are naturally longer - about a minute at the start is normal, so do not compare them with 5×5 results. One table per page, ten in the set; if your eyes keep escaping to the corners, go back to 5×5 with a marked center for a week.
